Visits to the historical pre-philloxera vineyards (300-500 years old), the XVII century wine cellar, with WINE-TASTING of 3 D.O.C
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- “panzanella” (bread salad made of “pane biscottato”- double-baked whole flour bread-, fresh tomatoes and basil)
- fresh mozzarella and ricotta, matured cheeses and salami.
The farm produce its own bacon, sausage, vegetables, “pane biscottato” (double-baked wholemeal bread), cakes, fruit and chestnuts.
The cost is 45 € per person, the offer is for a minimum number of two people and the tour lasts about 1-2 hours.
It is possible to organize special events for 25-30 people in the Winery , accompanied by folk music to create a
suggestive atmosphere surrounded by the natural beauty of our location!
